CNC Upgrade the ATC

Upgrade plan:

1. Adopting 36T servo tool magazine.

2. Use the CNC original program to change the tool, with a P-P C/T less than 1.5 seconds and a tool change time of less than 54 seconds for the entire turn.

3. Adopting servo motors and controllers, precise position control, and automatic return to the original point due to cutter head misalignment.

4. The motor is completely hidden and will not be affected by Cutting fluid.

5. Modular design of each component for quick replacement.

6. The distance from the tool magazine to the workbench is consistent with the original tool magazine and has no impact on the machine tool usage space.

7. Connect to the machine tool I/O control, occupy 16 sets of I/O points, or use the expansion I/O module to use all functions of the tool magazine through the operation panel.

8. The stability of the tool magazine is extremely high, and there is almost no gap when the tool disc rotates. There will be no alarm during normal use.

9. The design of the tool magazine is simple and reliable, with no vulnerable parts.
